How much does a filter swap cost?
A standard air filter swap is $40 plus the cost of the filter. We offer a Sage Filter Club membership for $15/month, which includes a filter swap every 3 months.
How do I find my filter size?
Check the side of your current filter. It will have a code like '12x25x1' or '1x12x25'. If you're unsure, we can help you find the right size during your visit.
How often should I change my filter?
For Charlotte's humid summers, we recommend changing your filter every 1-3 months. If you have allergies or pets, we suggest checking every 1-2 months.
Why clean my dryer vent?
Regular dryer vent cleaning prevents lint buildup, which can lead to fire hazards and reduce the efficiency of your dryer by up to 50%.
Do you work with landlords and tenants?
Yes, we work with landlords and property managers. We offer a Turnover Package that includes filter swaps, dryer vent cleaning, and smoke/CO alarm checks.
Do you install new systems?
We partner with licensed HVAC installation partners for new installations and replacements. We offer free replacement estimates for larger jobs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. For larger installations, we provide an upfront flat price before any work begins.
